Robert “Sharky” Pruneda is a native Texan, video game “enthusiast” [addict], and fan of all things horror. He left a career in the newspaper industry in 2011 to pursue the life of a nocturnal author, brainstorming new and creative ways to creep out his readers. He doesn’t only write horror though. He also pens the occasional family-oriented tale just to keep from going completely nuts with all those creatures of the night whispering in his ears. When he’s not pulling ideas out of his twisted brain, you’ll likely find him on social media or fighting alongside his fellow gaming buddies where they all get shot up into Swiss cheese (or turned into little bite-sized chunks because of “Sharky’s” obsession with explosives). Medic!

Pursue your dreams . . . and never look back.

    Hey Rob!

I have been following your blog for a while and wanted to nominate you for the Liebster Award. Please accept this award for knowing people like myself enjoy the topics you blog about! =)

If you don’t accept it, that’s okay because I’ll still be reading your work! Not everyone enjoys being nominated so that’s okay.

Please review the following link when you get a chance for information on this award:

I don’t mind participating in these blog awards. I’ve done the Liebster post before, but since the questions are are always different in this one, I’ll participate again. It’ll be sometime in the next couple of weeks.

      Cheers!

      Rob

P.S. Yes, the gamin’ will definitely continue! 🙂

Just finished reading the first three chapters of Pursuit of a Dream. I loved it. I love how you made everyone seem so real and down to earth. I feel connected to John and felt his pain over the loss of his wife. I understand his plight in trying to raise his children alone. His boss Mr. Phillips is such a charming man. LOL NOT. I wish you continued success Rob. From what I have read so far I have no doubt I’ll be back for more.

Don’t let Robert lead you wrong. He is still quick as lighting while gaming with war games. I have the experience of never winning a game played against him. No matter how I try, he still beats me into the ground so I never challenge him in a game.

    Cheers, Robert

    • Hey, you put up a good fight with your defenses and sneak attacks. Regarding never winning a game, remember that there’s always a bigger fish. I got slaughtered on Command & Conquer: Generals when I decided to play multi-player online. We make a great team against the computer, though, don’t we? We’ll stick with that. 🙂

I like your website and design. You have a very interesting story and I just wanted to say (from one writer to another) I respect your work and the impact you have made, and continue to make, on the writing community. Thanks.

        P.S.
I still play Command & Conquer too.
